Grants from The Monsignor Henry V. Petter Fund for Peace and Social Justice of the Catholic Foundation (HVP Fund)  are awarded to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations in the North Texas area that demonstrate or promote social and economic justice consistent with the HVP Fund's stated purpose. 

 

Grants may support general operations, enhance existing programs, launch new initiatives, or fund specific projects.  Funded efforts should ultimately strengthen the organization's capacity to serve its mission in promoting peace and social justice.  All grant recipients are required to submit a written report upon completion of the funded activities.

 

Beginning in 2025 and moving forward the HVP Fund will no longer accept new grant applications, as all grant awards will be determined by the Advisory Board of Trustees.
